Treasured family moments in Rosewood

One of the many things that I truly enjoy about photography is watching families grow throughout the years and helping to capture those treasured memories...those 'checkpoints' in time that should never be forgotten.

This beautiful family was with me from very early on in my professional photography career. I had the privilege of photographing some of their early family portrait and engagement sessions, their GORGEOUS wedding as well as the newborn photos of their first child together.  These guys are an absolute pleasure to work with and I adore creating wonderful, artistic images for them.

These boys (and I mean the big one too! ;) ) keep this busy mum on her toes! Although Queensland is in the grips of drought, the sweeping paddock in this Rosewood regional property was the ideal location to shoot with the golden grasses and warm winter sun offering up beautiful light and a fun playground for these two kids which are sooo full of energy.

Three handsome dudes!

These two are very special indeed! I just LOVE their cheeky nature <3

Such a beautiful gal, I could photograph her all day!

As the temperature starts to drop on this mid-winter's day, it's time now to head back to the comfort of the warm country home after a long day and a big effort in front of the camera.

It was wonderful to catch up with this gorgeous family and I feel humbled and honoured to not only be able to capture their family moments but to also call them my friends.

Tune in again next week as I'll be at Winton Motor Raceway in VIC for the asbk (Australian Superbike) Round 5 Championships.
